The person who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. The showroom was clean and inviting. We came away knowing what we wanted.

Super friendly staff at the counter named Jolie and Alex with explanations. Bought a Siemens coffee machine there EQ 6 plus S800. Quiet in use. Coffee is good with many options in flavors. You can't really get milk from the refrigerator to the right temperature. In the showroom it was good during the demo, the coffee grounds discs or whatever you call them are wet and not compact. Otherwise happy with the machine

Looking for some Siemens equipment. Today very pleasant and knowledgeable help from Johan from the Siemens Inspiration center in Hoofddorp (ad-hoc visit without appointment...on a Tuesday so nice and quiet). Options, possibilities and pros and cons. Everything was neatly named, including a creative out-of-the-box idea. Try it out, listen to the sound level. In short... after a long online search, we have now made our choices quickly with the help of Johan.

Our steam oven malfunctioned due to corrosion. The warranty almost expired, but we had a new oven within 1 week. What good service. Very happy with it

Siemens service is in one word: HORRIBLE! Both by telephone and visits they make. Siemens, the brand that means nothing. NEVER again Siemens and I advise against it to everyone around me. Ridiculously bad service over the phone.

Lots of tips and information about 3 brands of equipment for your kitchen. No salesperson who steers you in a certain direction because the kitchen store can make a good margin on that product. Just pure information about what you get. There are two tips that I would have liked to have known in advance: 1 Make an appointment and someone will be immediately available to provide information. 2 And plan your visit well. We were short of time because we had scheduled an appointment elsewhere. We would have liked to watch it a little quieter and longer.

Today I used the call-back service and I received a call back within half an hour. Explained on the phone that I had found an undercounter dishwasher model SN45ZS49CE of the IQ500 series via a third website. I wanted to know if this exact model could be purchased directly through Siemens or if there was another comparable model available. The lady could not find the model in her system, only some parts. When I asked if they had another comparable model I was asked if I had a different number. I did not understand what number, so I repeat that it was an IQ500 series with energy label C and that I had different specs. She very smartly told me if I knew how many different models they had and that she really needed a different number, such as an EAN number. I didn't have that, just a model, series and specs and her response was “yes, of course I need some information from you”. In other words, she could not filter in her system even with specifications such as series and energy label. I had a list of specifications/wishes that the device had, but I soon noticed that the lady did her job by calling back and that was all she could do. I work in customer and sales support myself and I really don't understand this. What she could have done: She could have contributed by proposing an alternative model that did exist in their system. Or ask me if I wanted to come by and view the existing products from the showroom. Or advise me where I could go to purchase equipment, outside the Siemens webshop or from a partner company. Or they can refer me to a fellow specialist. Or ask me or ask others if she could perhaps help me with something else. And last but not least if you work in customer service: don't make the customer feel stupid. We visited the showroom itself at the beginning of the year and it is a beautiful space with many products and the people who helped us were very friendly and answered our questions with enthusiasm. Maybe the lady in question has nothing to do with the showroom and is sitting in a call center somewhere waiting for the shift to be over. The 4-minute conversation left such a bitter taste that I am no longer interested in the Siemens brand and I immediately ordered a Miele for a few hundred euros more. If they can't help you like this before purchasing, I can't imagine what the after-sales service could be like. We are going to renovate our entire kitchen in early 2024, including all equipment, but because the dishwasher has broken down, we want to buy a new dishwasher. It certainly won't be a Siemens.
